Consignors can receive up to 55% for a single item based on the price it sold (excluding taxes).
$0.00 to $150.00 the consignor receives 36%
$150.01 to $500.00 the consignor receives 46%
$500.01+ the consignor receives 55%
Consignors can choose to be paid, by Zelle, Venmo or Check after the maturity date of your consignment (90-Day consignment period), or they can opt for store credit redeemable for an additional 15% on what was earned.
What do I need to do to consign my items? Read on to learn what we are currently accepting and how to get your items ready for your appointment.
Please have items ready to go out on the floor. CLOTHING must be freshly washed, steamed, cleaned, folded neatly in a bin/box/laundry basket, or hung with all zippers/buttons closed. SHOES must be wiped clean with laces/zippers/buckles closed. HANDBAGS must be wiped clean inside and out with no residue/dust. Items are subject to multiple screenings and inspection during and after acceptance. Items that don't meet these requirements are subject to being returned.
We ask that you do not bring items in garbage bags. We accept in-season clothing, up to 15 items total. Items must be flawless, clean, pet and fur free, free of perfumes/smoke/any scent. Any items that are in need of a steam will be subject to a $5.00/per item fee. It's recommended to put items inside ONE STANDARD SIZED TOTE or CARDBOARD BOX (no larger than 14 gallon) WITH A CLOSED LID and is NOT OVERSTUFFED. Be sure to include a note with your name on the inside of your tote with your clean items.
It is the responsibility of the consignor to check in on their account by leaving a phone message or sending an email through our website contactus@shopcnu.com.
We pride ourselves on safeguards to keep your items in the condition that you brought them to us. However, all consignments are left at the consignor's risk. Chic N Unique is not responsible for damage, theft, fires, or loss of any items.
Chic N Unique reserves the right to refuse service, suspend and terminate consignorship.
If any items are in need of a steam, polish or mend there will be a flat fee of $5.00/per item.
Any items that are pulled before the maturity date are subject to an early processing fee of $5.00/per item.
